  Professor Olanike Adeyemo, the Secretary to Oyo State Government, has been reappointed to the Steering Committee of the High Level Panel of Experts on Food Security and Nutrition (HLPE-FSN) of the United Nations Committee on World Food Security (CFS).   A magistrate’s court, Environmental Special Offences Court of Lagos State District, sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, has imposed ₦30,000 fine per person or option of community service, on 26 persons, for engaging in reckless waste disposal across various locations in the state. The environmental offenders were arrested by the enforcement team of the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA), in collaboration with the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (LAGESC), at different locations in the state, disposing of their refuse in unauthorised places, between the hours of 9.30pm and 7.00am.   In appreciation of God s faithfulness to Abiye Faith home ,the Maternity Arm of CAC OKE lye IBUKUN Ajameta Bus Stop ISebo ALAKIA Ibadan ,a week long activities were organized by the Church Authorities under the District Supretendent  Pastor Emmanuel Layi  Afelumo with his amiable wife Lay Evangelist Dorcas Funmilayo Afelumo . Praise night  had come up on Friday 13th October 2023  featuring eminent gospel Artistes praising God overnight. Thanksgiving Service took place on Sunday October 15 in the Church auditorium  attended by mother's of Abiye children from all over the world .
