The Chief Spokesperson and Director of Public Affairs of the Tinubu-Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, Festus Keyamo, has described Mr. Peter Obi of the Labour Party, LP, as a chameleon, who is only using an election, as serious as the 2023 race, to toll with Nigerians' emotions.
