Governor's Office DFA, Alhaji Kadri Akeem Remember Dad




The Director of Finance and Accounts, Governor's Office, Alhaji Akeem Kadri remembered the 10 year demise of his late dad. 


In a statement issued and signed in Ibadan, the Oyo State Capital, Alhaji Kadri said his father died in January 29th, 2014.


The statement said "remembrance, my dad Alhaji AbduRahman Quadri Alabi Belemure who died on the 29th of January,  2014“


"It is 10 years since you left this sinful world, we thank God you died as a true Muslim believer who used his life to serve God and humanity". 


He continued "We also thank God for His mercies and favour over all your children and grandchildren. To me, your remembrance is everyday of my life, as a day would not go without mentioning your name. I remember you today  Bami, Alhaji AbduRahman Quadri Alabi Belemure. Omo Ekun,  Omo Ewe.  Omo ewe gbogbo Kiki ogun, omo ewe kan ni mo pe logburo, igba ewe lo Jemi loju olo". 


I pray that Almighty Allah will continue to rest your soul, and grant you Aljana Fridaous, Bami, Alhaji AbduRahman Quadri Alabi Belemure

  The Special Adviser to the Governor on Transportation, Hon. Sola Giwa, has unequivocally admonished motorists to desist from making illicit payments to touts  for illegal parking on bridges and other open spaces across Lagos State. This directive comes in response to reports indicating that private vehicle owners have been engaging in transactions with street urchins for unauthorized parking privileges at various locations within the metropolis.   7 Stolen Phones Recovered from the Criminal Network In a resolute crackdown on criminal operations targeting commuters, the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) apprehended a notorious One-Chance syndicate that employed a painted commercial bus (KSF 56 XL) to rob unsuspecting passengers of their valuables. The arrest transpired near a Conoil filling station along Funsho Williams Avenue in Surulere, Lagos, following a distressing incident involving a female passenger, Miss Bibian Emelifonwu, who fell victim to the syndicate’s treachery while en route to work this morning.
