The spiritual leader of Jehovah Eye Salvation Ministry, Godwin Ikuru, has called on the Nigerian Air Force to urgently intervene and protect residents in Northern Nigeria amid ongoing security challenges.

Prophet Ikuru made this appeal during a media chat with journalists at his residence in Lagos. He expressed deep concern over the escalating insecurity in the northern region, stressing the need for swift and decisive action to safeguard lives and restore peace.

According to him, the Nigerian Air Force has the capacity and responsibility to intensify operations in affected areas to curb violence and provide relief to vulnerable communities. He urged relevant authorities to prioritize the safety of citizens, emphasizing that the continued loss of lives is unacceptable.

The cleric also called for unity among Nigerians and encouraged leaders at all levels to work collaboratively in addressing the nation’s security issues. He noted that beyond military intervention, there is a need for sustained efforts toward peacebuilding and national cohesion.

Prophet Ikuru concluded by offering prayers for the nation, expressing hope that Nigeria will overcome its current challenges and emerge stronger.
