Lagos Signs Agreement to Improve MVAA Services and MyLagosApp*

The Lagos State Government has signed a concession agreement for the Business Process Automation of the Motor Vehicle Administration Agency (MVAA) and the operation and maintenance of the MyLagosApp.


The agreement was signed by the Commissioner for Transportation, Mr. Oluwaseun Osiyemi; the Permanent Secretary, MVAA, Mr. Rasheed Muri-Okunola; the Special Adviser, Office of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), Mrs. Bukola Odoe; and the concessionaires.


Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Osiyemi said the initiative will simplify and speed up vehicle registration by eliminating cumbersome processes, making service delivery more efficient for Lagos residents.


He added that the agreement will also strengthen the MyLagosApp, ensuring Lagosians continue to receive timely traffic updates and other important information about activities across the State.


Mrs. Bukola Odoe urged the concessionaires to fully implement the agreement and deliver quality services that will benefit all Lagosians.
