  Hon Cornelius Ojelabi,  the Chairman of APC,  Lagos State, and other executives of the chapter, on Wednesday,  received in audience,  some youths leaders  in the state. The youths, under the aegis of the APC Youth League, Lagos State  Chapter, expressed their readiness to mobilise voters for APC to secure victory at all levels during the 2023 elections.         The All Progressives Congress (APC) has set up an 86-member campaign council for the Osun governorship election scheduled for July 16. APC appointed the governor of Lagos, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu to lead the 86-member team. In a notice on Tuesday, Abdullahi Adamu and Iyiola Omisore, APC national chairman and secretary, said the campaign council will be inaugurated at the party’s national secretariat on Thursday. “The inauguration of the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Campaign Council for the Osun State Governorship Election will be held on Thursday, 23rd of June, 2022 by 2:00pm at the APC National Headquarters, Abuja,” the notice read.   The Oyo State has commenced the distribution and activation of debit cards to Conditional Cash Transfer Program (CCTP) beneficiaries. This, it said is in order to make life easier for the poorest of the poor in the society. This was disclosed by the Head of Oyo State Cash Transfer Unit, Mr. Oladipo Ezekiel, while monitoring the ongoing exercise in some of the Local Government Areas in the State Capital. According to Mr. Oladipo, CCTP is a federal government program that is directed at making life better for the poor in all the States of the Federation by giving five thousand naira (#5,000) monthly to identified poor persons.
