Don't Give Up On Nation Economy, Solomon Urged Nigerians

chief Solomon  Chukwu has called upon traders and business owners in Nigeria, who have had to abandon their ventures due to the economic hardship in the country, to remain hopeful and resilient. He urged them not to give up on the nation’s economic challenges, assuring them that better days lie ahead for Nigeria.


He made this call Monday, during a media chat in is office while  the country prepares to celebrate its 64th Independence Anniversary, 

Chief Solomon empathized with Nigerians, particularly business owners, stating that the prevailing economic difficulties are affecting businesses nationwide. He pointed to the exorbitant cost of fuel, a critical resource for many businesses, including hoteliers, which has further exacerbated the challenges.


He expressed optimism, stating that success is often achieved after ensuring hardship. He remarked that it takes a visionary leader to identify flaws in a system and work towards rectifying them. Referring to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's "Renewed Hope Agenda," he expressed confidence that the administration's plans would soon restore the country's hope and rebuild the nation on a solid foundation.


He also stressed that, despite the rising unemployment rate, Nigerian youths must not lose hope or become discouraged. Instead, he encouraged them to explore new opportunities, such as venturing into craft businesses or engaging in farming and agriculture, as alternative means of surviving the current economic climate.


He  emphasized his commitment to continuous humanitarian efforts, stating that he would not wait for October 1st each year to provide relief. He pledged to continue offering palliative support to the less privileged throughout the year to help alleviate hardship in society.


 He now use the medium to congratulate  the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, on the occasion of his birthday celebration. He praised Dr. Hamzat for his contributions as a politician, wishing him long life, good health, and prosperity. Chief Solochus also expressed hope that Dr. Hamzat's positive legacy would endure long after his current tenure in office.
