Saadu Expresses Confidence in APC Victory Ahead of Osun Governorship Election

Alhaji Saadu, Coordinating Chairman of Arewa SouthWest Nigeria, has expressed confidence in the victory of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the forthcoming Osun State governorship election.

Speaking on the party’s prospects, Saadu urged APC members, supporters and other eligible citizens to turn out in large numbers to exercise their civic responsibility by voting for the APC, which he described as the winning party.

He called on party members to remain united, peaceful and committed throughout the electoral process, stressing the need for a credible, peaceful and orderly election.

On security, Saadu acknowledged that although there may be isolated cases of misconduct among security personnel, the majority of officers remain committed to protecting lives and property.

He therefore appealed to security agencies to remain impartial and professional in their dealings with all stakeholders, while ensuring adequate protection for voters and maintaining peace before, during and after the election.

The APC chieftain also urged supporters of the party to conduct themselves responsibly, emphasising that any victory must be achieved through the ballot box and in accordance with democratic principles.

Saadu reaffirmed the confidence of Arewa SouthWest APC members in the party’s strength, organisation and grassroots support, urging members to come out in large numbers, cast their votes and protect their mandate peacefully.

He maintained that unity, peaceful participation and respect for the democratic process would be crucial to the success of the election.
