  A member of the Oyo State House of Assembly and Deputy Chief Whip, Yusuf Oladeni Adebisi, has formally resigned from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), citing unresolved internal crisis within the party. In a resignation letter addressed to the Ward Chairman of the PDP, Ward 6, Ibadan Southwest Local Government Area of Oyo State, the lawmaker stated that his decision to leave the party was taken after careful consideration of the lingering challenges affecting the party’s internal structure and operations.
