Governor Makinde Achievements is Unprecedented, Senator Alli Performed Well - Bolaji

 


A Loyalist of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), Engineer  Amoo Abeeb Bolaji (Yayi) has described the achievements of the present administration in the State as unprecedented in the history of the State.


In a statement issued in Ibadan, the Oyo State Capital said Governor Makinde Achievements across the seven Geo-political zones of the state is remarkable.


He said the present administration in the State led by Engineer Seyi Makinde is very serious in enthroning democracy at the local government level with the accelerated development.


Bolaji commended the Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde for making Oyo State the number one investment destination in Nigeria, with the creation of employment opportunities for the teeming youths.


He added further that the State Government would complete the on-going infrastructural projects across the State which according to him would contribute immensely to the economic growth of the State.


He then called on the politicians home and diaspora to continue their undiluted support for Governor Makinde to bring the dividends of democracy to the grassroot level.


According to Bolaji "Governor Makinde has been able to connect all the zones in the state with good road networks. Through the Moniya-Iseyin road, Ibadan zone has been connected to the Oke-Ogun zone; through the Oyo-Iseyin road, Oyo zone has been linked to Oke-Ogun zone; through the ongoing Ogbomoso-Fapote-Iseyin road, Ogbomoso zone is being linked to Oke-Ogun zone; and through the Ido-Eruwa road, Ibadan zone is linked to Ibarapa zone".


Yayi had earlier distributed the December package to party ward members in the Egbeda Local Government area of the State as part of his contribution to the grassroot level.


He however threw his weight to Senator Sharafadeen Ali. Senator Representing Oyo South Senatorial District for his sterling performance as the Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.


Yayi then called on politicians in the Egbeda Local Government area of the State to support Hon. Sanda Sikiru Oyedele (Sanda/Simple) Chairmanship joint ticket for the coming Local Government elections in the State.

Shettima Advice Couple on Preserving Sanctity of Marriage

  The Vice President,of Nigeria Senator Kashim Shettima, has advice the young couples to always preserve the sanctity of marriage as enshrined in the holy books, especially the affirmation of its importance and sanctity in the Qur’an.
