COMMENDATION GALORE AS CAC. AGBALA ITURA OLODE HOLDS SERVICE OF SONGS TO HONOIR LATE ELDER DR. KAYODE OBEMBE .

 


In appreciation of his invaluable roles phylantrophic gestures  to individuals, the Church , societies in the Church  , Ministers of God  and the less privileged in the society , Christ Apostolic Church CAC AGBALA ITURA international  Headquarters  City of Peace , OLODE organized  Service of Songs in honour of Late Sir Elder Dr. Lawrence Kayode Obembe on  Thursday, 28th, November in the English Assembly Church Auditorium , OLODE , new Ife Road , Ibadan , Oyo  State Capital , Nigeria . 


Elders of CACAgbala ITURA  Olode were fully in attendance to pay last respect to  Late Sir Elder Kayode Obembe  who had left a lasting legacy and indellible marks while alive . 


The Ministers of God from far and near , the Good women Association , Church Societies, Members of Nigeria Medical Associations , the deceased family , eminent personalities were also not left out at the historic Special Service of Songs . 


Delivering a sermon , the Assembly Pastor and  DCC Superintendent  CAC   AGBALA ITURA  International Headquarters OLODE , City of Peace , Pastor Abraham Oluniyi Akinpelu who expressed his grief over the demise of Elder Dr. KAYODE OBEMBE described him as a Special human being who was generous to the work of God  and a silent giver to various developmental Church projects , Church activities and programmes . 


Pastor Akinpelu admonished the congregation to fear God , and do what they would be remembered for after death  as they strive to make heaven  while alive.


The DCC. Supretendent told the people that Late Elder Dr. KAYODE Obembe  had pursued enviable exemplary character urging the children to sustain the good name and carry on the good works of their father .


In their Tributes , some of those who spoke  described Late  Elder Dr. Lawrence Kayode Obembe as a man of  good character who was generous to the core.


In an interview with Journalists, the Chairman Board of  Elders CAC AGBALA ITURA City of Peace , OLODE Ibadan , Elder Samuel Osasona  who expressed rude shock over the death of Elder Dr . KAYODE OBEMBE described him as a man of sterling characteristic who stood for the truth, excellence , humility and generousity to individuals and work of God .


Elder Osasona who said the deceased would be greatly missed prayed God to grant the deceased family , the Church and friends  the fortitude to bear the irreparable  loss .


Also speaking , the trio of the General Secretary ,  Board of Elders ,Elder Femi Adegoke, the Financial Secretary , Elder  Jacob  Oginni, the Treasurer , Elder Sunday Aworeni , and the Public Relations Officer  PRO, for CACAgbala ITURA Board of Elders Elder Olasunkanmin Idowu  eulogized the deceased  describing him as a great personality who had touched so many lives for good .


They all prayed God to grant Late  Elder Dr Kayode Obembe eternal rest  and comfort his immediate family  thanking the Church for organizing Service of Songs in honour of thee deceased to appreciate him for what he stood for while alive . 


Special music was rendered by CAC AGBALA ITURA Olode  Church Choir, Prayers were also offered for the deceased family at the special ProgrammeLate Sir Elder, Dr Lawrence Kayode Obembe was born in  1949.in Ekiti State , Nigeria .


He was a former chairman of Nigeria Medical Association  NMA , Oyo State  and also an estwhile National president of NMA ,  His remains would be committed to mother earth on Saturday December  7,2024.

Shettima Advice Couple on Preserving Sanctity of Marriage

  The Vice President,of Nigeria Senator Kashim Shettima, has advice the young couples to always preserve the sanctity of marriage as enshrined in the holy books, especially the affirmation of its importance and sanctity in the Qur’an.
