Ajiran Youths Commend Police, Call on Tinubu and Sanwo-Olu for Justice in Akinloye, Agboworin Murder Case

Following the declaration of Alhaji Ahmed Tajudeen Akanbi, popularly known as Ahmed Ajiran, as wanted by the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Olohundare Jimoh, over the deaths of Sheriff Salami and Prince Ademola Akinloye, youths of Ajiran community staged a solidarity protest to commend the Nigerian Police Force for reviving the long-dormant case after three years.

The protesters particularly appreciated the leadership of the Lagos State Command for its renewed commitment to justice, accountability, and transparency in the investigation.

During the protest, the wives of the deceased also joined the gathering, emotionally recounting the circumstances surrounding the deaths of their husbands and the hardship of living without their support.

The youths further called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to lend their full support to the ongoing investigation and work closely with security agencies to ensure that justice is served.

According to the protesters, sustained collaboration among all stakeholders is essential to bring closure to the affected families and restore lasting peace in the community.
