Prophet Ikuru Congratulates New IGP Tunji Disu, Calls for Integrity and Professionalism



The Founder and General Overseer of Jehovah Eye Salvation Ministry International, Prophet Godwin Ikuru, has congratulated the newly appointed Inspector-General of Police, Tunji Disu, on his emergence as the head of the Nigeria Police Force.

In a statement released to journalists, Prophet Ikuru described Disu’s appointment as a “divine opportunity to strengthen integrity, professionalism, and public trust within the nation’s policing system.”

The cleric also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for what he called a strategic leadership decision, expressing confidence in the new Inspector-General’s ability to reposition the Force for greater efficiency and enhanced community engagement.

Prophet Ikuru offered prayers for wisdom, courage, and divine guidance for the new police chief as he assumes the responsibility of leading the country’s foremost law enforcement agency.

He further urged officers and men of the Nigeria Police Force to support the new leadership in promoting security, discipline, and national unity.

The ministry reaffirmed its commitment to continually pray for Nigeria’s peace, stability, and the success of the nation’s security institutions.
