President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has praised his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Special Duties, Tunde Rahman, as he marks his 60th birthday, commending his unwavering loyalty and years of dedicated service.
In a tribute to his longtime aide, the president lauded Rahman’s commitment and professionalism, highlighting his impactful role as former Adviser on Media and his continued service within the Presidency. He noted Rahman’s strong leadership and exceptional work ethic, particularly during the period leading up to the last presidential election, where he served prominently as a political liaison and media strategist.
President Tinubu also described Rahman as a principled journalist and seasoned newspaper editor who has consistently used his platform to advance public good and social justice.
Celebrating his milestone birthday, Tinubu characterized Rahman as a humble, dependable, and deeply loyal aide whose counsel is always sincere and without ulterior motives. He expressed appreciation for Rahman’s contributions to progressive ideals and the promotion of good governance in Nigeria.
