The operation, conducted at a hotel in Gowon Estate known for harboring drug users and traffickers, resulted in numerous arrests. However, the integrity of the raid was compromised by the actions of two officials whose misconduct was captured on CCTV. The culprits, Fatai Yusuf (42) and Hammed Garuba (38), were found guilty of stealing mobile phones from the scene.   Lagos State Signage and Advertisement Agency (LASAA) has launched new porta cabin offices located in Badagry Local Government Secretariat, Ikorodu Local Government Secretariat, Lagos Television premises and LASAA warehouse. * The Oyo State Signage and Advertisement Agency, OYSAA, has introduced a Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) form to address complaints for Out of Home advertisement practitioners and business owners across the state. In a statement made available by the Director General, OYSAA, Hon. Oludolapo Eso-Ajanaku stated that the initiative is a commitment of the agency to foster accountability and improved stakeholders engagement in the advertisement industry across the state. He highlighted that the new GRM form is a data friendly tool aimed at streamlining the  process of lodging complaints and grievances to ensure effective and prompt resolution of disputes with provision of dynamic and business friendly environment across the pacsetter state. Oyo Govt Cancels N4,000 Retirement Form Fee For Civil Servants*

 * * The Oyo State Government on Wednesday cancelled the collection of N4,000 administrative fee for retireee, a move aimed at alleviating financial burdens on civil servants. This was contained in a statement made available to newsmen  by the Commissioner for Establishments and Training, Hon. Olusegun Olayiwola, citing Governor Seyi Makinde's commitment to enhancing retirees' welfare. Olayiwola added that previously, retirees were required to pay N4000 to access the retirement form at the Ministry of Establishments and Training. However, with the Governor's directive, an electronic form has been designed online at no cost to retirees. He stated that this decision reflects the Governor's efforts to prioritize retirees's well-being, adding that the Executive Governor, Engr.
