NECO COMMENCES REGISTRATION OF PRIMARY SIX PUPILS FOR ADMISSION INTO FEDERAL GOVERNMENT UNITY COLLEGES NATIONWIDE

 


 


The registration exercise for the 2025 National Common Entrance Examination for admission into federal Government  Unity Colleges in the country has commenced . 


The Registrar of National  Examinations Council Professor Dantani Ibrahim Wushisi announced this in Abuja.


Professor Ibrahim Wushishi  said final  year Primary school pupils aged ten  by September this year are eligible  to apply through NECO  Website  WWW.neco.gov.ng


He called on parents and guardians  to visit  NECO State Offices for details on the Registration exercise which will close  by May ending ,2025.


He equally announced the  commencement of registration for the 2025  National Gifted Examination for admission into  federal Government ,Academy  Suleja,. calling on interested  final  year pupils aged eleven in primary  school s  desiring federal government scholarship to apply using  NECO website  between now and May 24,the closing date .


In the meantime, parents and Guardians in Oyo State have been directed to  visit NECO State Office, Idi Ape Iwo Road Ibadan . for details on the registration exercise closing on the 31st May , 2025.

  The Special Adviser to the Governor on Transportation, Hon. Sola Giwa, has unequivocally admonished motorists to desist from making illicit payments to touts  for illegal parking on bridges and other open spaces across Lagos State.   7 Stolen Phones Recovered from the Criminal Network In a resolute crackdown on criminal operations targeting commuters, the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) apprehended a notorious One-Chance syndicate that employed a painted commercial bus (KSF 56 XL) to rob unsuspecting passengers of their valuables. The arrest transpired near a Conoil filling station along Funsho Williams Avenue in Surulere, Lagos, following a distressing incident involving a female passenger, Miss Bibian Emelifonwu, who fell victim to the syndicate’s treachery while en route to work this morning.
